ワールドラグビー男子15人制年間最優秀選手賞

ワールドラグビー男子15人制年間最優秀選手賞（ワールドラグビーだんしじゅうごにんせいねんかんさいゆうしゅうせんしゅしょう、World Rugby Men's 15s Player of the Year）もしくはプレーヤー・オブ・ザイヤーとはワールドラグビーによって一年に一回発表される最優秀選手賞。2014年以前はワールドラグビーの前身である国際ラグビー評議会（International Rugby Board、略称IRB）の頭文字をとってIRB年間最優秀選手賞。
