ビスクラ県（アラビア語: ولاية بسكرة Biskra、ベルベル語: Tibeskert）は、アルジェリアの県（ウィラーヤ）。県都はビスクラで、その他にリシュア、シディ・オクバ、カンタラなどの都市がある。
