サビキン亜門
サビキン亜門（Pucciniomycotina）は担子菌門に属する菌界の下位分類の一つ。

Dictionary of the Fungi によれば、この亜門は8綱、18目、36科からなる[3]。8000種以上が属するが、その90%以上がサビキン綱のサビキン目に含められる[4]。
- トリチラキウム菌綱 Tritirachiomycetes - かつては子嚢菌とされていた[5]。
- ミクシア菌綱 Mixiomycetes - Mixia osmundae 1種のみ。シダ寄生。
- アガリコスティルブム菌綱 Agaricostilbomycetes
- フクロタンシキン綱 Cystobasidiomycetes
- クラッシクラ菌綱 Classiculomycetes - 淡水性。
- ミクロボトリウム菌綱 Microbotryomycetes
- クリプトミココラックス菌綱 Cryptomycocolacomycetes - 2種。菌寄生性。
- アトラクティエラ菌綱 Atractiellomycetes - トメバリキン Phleogena faginea 等
