フラネオール
フラネオール（英: Furaneol）は、化学式C6H8O3で表される有機化合物。フラネオールの名称は、フィルメニッヒ社の商標である[2]。ストロベリーフラノンの別名を持ち、天然にはイチゴ[3]やパイナップル[4]に含まれ、ソバ[5]やトマト[6]の香り成分としても重要である。産業的には、イチゴなどの香りの食品用香料[2]や香水原料として使用される[7]。
